In this Business Banking Manager role, you will:

  • Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
  • Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
  • Proactively leveraging networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities
  • Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market
  • Talk to customers about their proposed annual business plans
  • Prepare and submit customer lending proposals

What you’ll bring:

  • A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships.
  • A genuine passion for customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB’s values and behaviours
  • Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
