In this role, you will  

Join our inbound contact centre in Perth CBD, where you’ll service existing NAB customers via phone and email with their enquiries relating to our products and services. No two days are the same, and no two calls are the same in this fast-paced role where you’ll be taking anywhere from 40 – 60 calls a day covering a wide range of customer enquiries. With every call that you take, you’ll find solutions to customer concerns and issues by providing an efficient and exceptional customer experience at all times.

Full training is provided. No banking/finance experience is necessary, here at NAB we provide you with all the tools to help set you up for success. Also, we require everyone who joins us in these positions to commit to the role for 18 months before exploring other internal opportunities. These roles have a start date of 18th November and if you are successful after screening, you’ll need to attend (in-person) one of the below group interview sessions in our St George’s Terrace office.

Monday 14th October

9.00 - 12.00 or 1.30 – 4.30

OR

Tuesday 15th October

9.00 – 12.00 or 1.30 – 4.30

What you need for success

A passion for providing top-notch, genuine customer service with everyone you interact with. A natural conversationalist, you enjoy finding solutions to customer needs and you always take pride in your work. You’re a quick learner, have strong attention to detail who always give 100% to your role and are comfortable navigating multiple systems at once.

A dedicated, professional and resilient worker, you’re the type of person who can treat every customer call like it’s their first call of the day. It does not matter if you don’t have banking/finance experience, and it’s ok if you have not worked in a contact centre before as our training is designed for true customer service professionals looking for that first step into this dynamic industry. This role is very structured around breaks and your days is scheduled to ensure that you’re available to assist our customers when they need call, so if this sounds like you, we’d love to see your application.
