Be part of our amazing NABX team and represent the voice of the Customer and Colleague when developing the product roadmap. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless user experience and integrate these mini apps into the broader platform. The role requires a blend of strategic product vision, customer empathy, and technical understanding to ensure the mini apps meet both business and user needs.

In this Product Manager role, you will
- Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of various NAB-X products (which includes Mini App Store, Navigation Manager, NAB-X web SDK, NAB-X mobile SDK, NAB-X managed Docker containers) and services serving NAB’s internal development community.
- Build and own Mini App store features backlog and work with delivery team to E2E deliver features.
- Responsible for capturing and grooming requirements into epics, features, user stories and dependencies in collaboration with the squads that aligns with business requirements.
- Make day to day decisions to enable development team to move quickly through product iterations
- Ensure the Delivery and Development teams understand the value of each user story that is being delivered at the right time
- Own and manage team backlog and prioritise tasks in line with roadmaps
- Involved in the roadmap planning, release planning, execution, review of each sprint, realising impact, value and focus on the right priorities
- Work collaboratively with Scrum Master and the squad to deliver backlog
- Communicate release slices with key stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- Deep technical background and an in-depth understanding of Financial Products and open-source software (operations, processes, end users, customers, regulations).
- Creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues, problem solving and process analysis
- Extensive experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with HCD techniques.
- Ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals for individual sprints
- Comfortable playing a leadership role, including leading workshops, in a co-located cross functional business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of product development
- Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Software Engineer
