The role: 

As a Customer Advisor, you will be an important pillar in the community of Moranbah! Supporting our Moranbah retail branch, you will be the face of NAB and first point of contact for our customers. In this role you will become the jack of all trades! Whether it’s to open an account or credit card, referring locals to a home lender or even investigating potential scams and fraud, every action you take will lead to a positive one as you drive and protect our customer outcomes.

The hours: 

Monday         9:15am - 4:15pm
Tuesday        9:15am - 4:15pm
Wednesday   9:15am - 4:15pm
Thursday       9:15am - 4:15pm
Friday            9:15am - 5:15pm

What will your day look like?

  • Identifying customer needs by finding NAB’s most suitable products and services that best matches their needs and ensuring they receive a seamless, consistent and customised customer service experience every step of the way. 
  • Assisting our customers with account opening, unsecured Lending and banking transactions and being responsible for ensuring all customer details are accurate and up-to-date 
  • Driving changes for our customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure by demonstrating our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital)
  • Undertaking ongoing training and development to enhance your career development
