Consultant, Payroll (24-month fixed term contract, based in Melbourne or Sydney)
Support our amazing people operational excellence team by serving as a payroll subject matter expert to deliver project and business outcomes to an exceptional standard.

In this role, you will
- Leverage your payroll expertise to assess, design and enhance payroll processes and systems
- Ensure that approaches are aligned with projects across operational excellence and the broader People and Culture (P&C) team
- Keep a strong focus on risk and compliance, ensuring that effective controls are established and maintained
- Collaborate with your payroll leads to ensure that process maps and work instructions are accurate and current
- Achieve success by being results driven and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What you’ll bring
- Track record of payroll experience across complex corporate environments
- Exceptional SAP and Microsoft Excel skills (or similar systems)
- Passionate about operational and customer excellence
- Proficiency across project management and delivery
- Exposure with payroll remediation & reconciliation, and enterprise agreement interpretation
