The role:
In this role, you will support the design and build of a world class channel personalisation function through the design, management and delivery of marketing and enterprise owned channel communication activity across all Marketing Squads. Specifically, you are to:
- Design, build and deliver personalised customer communications/experiences within channels and across platforms
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding best practice multi-channel, multi-step communication design
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness through the Channel Personalisation team, tools and processes
What you will bring:
In this role you need to have loads of passion and be a pro-active self-starter. You are also well organised, have superb attention to detail and apply logic in dealing with problems. Tertiary qualified in a relevant field, you can demonstrate:
- Experience in Marketing and Advertising Technology (MarTech / Adtech), and preferably with the Adobe suite: Experience Manager, Campaign, Audience Manager, Target and Analytics
- Banking and finance background/experience or significant experience in similar roles within a large organisation
- Proficiency in designing, building and delivering personalised customer communications/experiences within channels and across platforms
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding best practice multi-channel, multi-step communication design
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness through the Channel Personalisation team, tools and processes
- Confidence in building relationships and influencing across all levels of stakeholders
