In the role of Snr Consultant, Transformation, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering transformation initiatives that digitise simple customer needs across B&PB, improving customer experience and releasing banker capacity.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead cross-domain process transformation to simplify, standardise and digitise high-volume customer journeys
- Translate operational pain points into scalable digital and process solutions
- Define target operating models that enable self-service, automation and reduced manual effort
- Drive alignment across product, digital, data and frontline teams to deliver integrated outcomes
- Ensure initiatives result in measurable outcomes including increased STP, reduced repeat contact and banker time released
- Embed adoption, controls and frontline behaviour change into delivered solutions
- Act as a senior advisor to stakeholders on transformation design, sequencing and delivery
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- 7+ years’ experience in banking, consulting or transformation roles
- Experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of banking operations and customer journeys
- Experience in business case development, commercial / financial analysis, stakeholder management and initiative delivery
- Working understanding and applied knowledge of commercial banking landscape & the drivers, trends and banking requirements of business banking and industry specialisation
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (incl. pack design and commercial analysis) -mandatory
