In the role of Senior Analyst Reliability Engineer, you will be part a team doubling down on owning it and moving with speed.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to support with:

  • Driving an Automation creation, environment maintenance and monitoring
  • Automate manual repeatable task in production and deployment while ensuring reliability
  • Reduce operational overhead by automating incident management and resolution
  • Develop software platforms and frameworks for continuous integration and deployment
  • Chaos Engineering & Performance Engineering Participate in production releases
  • Ensure that the SDLC procedures defined and documented followed within the service.
  • Configuration Management Plan, Knowledge Management
  • Own, manage and demonstrate uplift from PIRs for continuous improvement on the release process
  • Proactively manage risk; meet all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to Process and Procedures pertinent to role and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified.
  • Promote shared goals of creating high quality software.

  • Strong focus on CI/CD, DevOps, Service reliability and Governance
  • Experience in providing technology client service
  • Proven ability to use relevant data analytics approaches and tools to solve problems and troubleshoot
  • Knowledge & experience with building languages
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Strong commitment to quality and auditability
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality, auditability, risk management, and compliance, operating within regulated environments.
  • People leadership capability, including mentoring, coaching, supporting team performance, and role-modelling strong reliability and service behaviours.
  • Be able to participate 24x7 when the need arises as escalation to Medium to Critical Incidents or Production Cutover
