In the role of a Senior Consultant, you will join the Business & Private Banking Strategy & Execution Team that’s doubling down on winning together!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Shaping and delivering strategy for Business & Private Banking, grounded in customer, banker and commercial needs
- Identifying and assessing growth opportunities through market, industry, competitor and trend analysis
- Translating strategy into clear initiatives, priorities and success measures that drive tangible outcomes
- Partnering closely with frontline and enabling teams as a strategic advisor
- Supporting execution to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered and adopted
- Providing strategic insights and materials to support executive and board decision‑making
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Extensive experience in banking or financial services, with a strong focus on strategy and execution
- Proven capability in commercial analysis, business cases and strategic problem‑solving
- Strong understanding of the commercial banking landscape and industry‑led business models
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across complex stakeholder environments
- Strong delivery mindset, with experience supporting or leading initiatives end‑to‑end
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (including executive‑level packs and commercial analysis)
- Coaching or mentoring capability, with a collaborative approach to working with others
