In the role of Senior Consultant, Portfolio Strategy, you will work closely with Sophie Hose and the Portfolio Optimisation team contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.
You’ll make an impact each day by:
- Develop segment-based portfolio strategies to optimise customer mix, balances, yield and returns.
- Analyse portfolio performance, customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to increase card usage, customer engagement, retention and lifetime value.
- Develop business cases and present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Partner across the business to embed growth opportunities while meeting risk, regulatory and customer outcome requirements.
You’ll bring to this role:
- At least five years’ experience in portfolio management, cards, lending, banking, finance, consulting or commercial strategy.
- Demonstrated experience within a strategy function and managing portfolio performance or growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate customer insights into action.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and senior-level presentation skills.
- A tertiary qualification in Business or another relevant discipline.
