In this Senior Consultant, Instructional Design role you will: 

  • Work across a large transformational program and may be asked to support other programs across Business Transaction Banking. It will be required to deliver seamless end to end learning experiences for users 
  • Be required to be strategic in its delivery of a coordinated, well considered learning program across the organisation. 
  • Lead the design, develop and deliver learning (including elearning modules, videos, work instruction, and virtual classroom/webinar learning materials) to support changes being introduced by the program, while also ensuring that learning is designed for ease of transition to BAU learning programs. 
  • Meet all policy and compliance requirements, perform controls; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to role; and escalated events, issues or breaches as they are identified (risk accountability forms part of all roles, as everyone is responsible for managing risk and compliance). 
What you'll bring:
  • Previous and proven experience as an Instructional Designer (essential) 
  • Experience creating eLearning using Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (essential) 
  • Experience in designing and developing learning solutions for Financial Institutions 
  • In-depth understanding of Financial products, processes and systems 
  • Experience working in an agile environment 
  • Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
