In the role of a Senior Consultant Design, you will join the Group Property team that’s doubling down on winning together.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Preparing, uploading and maintaining all ACAD drawing files within the Tango database
•  Prepare and integrate and upload all changes to the Portfolio Design Standards (Network and Commercial) as they evolve
• Manage and maintain all Portfolio Design Standards (Network and Commercial)
• Provide advice in developing and reviewing test fits of proposed ideas
• Provide essential design input to the property process to assist in the determination of site suitability for project activity
• Management of the supply chain partners to deliver design to a successful outcome based on time, cost and quality measures

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Demonstrated experience as an interior designer, Architect or Industrial Designer
• Proven experience in the use of indesign, Revit and ACAD
• Proven Experience in development of Revit Families and BIM
• Ability to read and interpret concepts, drawings, detailed designs, elevations.
• Technical knowledge of materials, colour palettes and lighting standards.
• Understanding of the construction process and costs and requirements for network improvements to support the Business
• Formal qualifications in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Drafting, Engineering or Industrial Design
