As a Senior Consultant, Operational Excellence (OE) Enablement, you will be part of the People & Culture team, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead and deliver change and communications strategies that enable successful adoption of initiatives across the enterprise at scale.
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure businesses are engaged, informed, and supported through change, driving alignment with organisational goals and values.
- Drive the change and communications initiatives of the in-flight Domain program initiatives, playing a critical role in shaping the employee experience, fostering readiness, resilience, and sustained behavioural change across impacted domains.
- Design and implement change management plans aligned to project and enterprise objectives and conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to inform tailored change approaches.
- Develop and deliver strategic communications that support change initiatives by crafting clear, compelling messaging across multiple channels.
- Facilitate engagement forums, feedback loops, and readiness assessments.
- Support leaders and teams to build change capability through coaching and tools; and develop and deliver training and enablement materials to support adoption.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve future change delivery.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar senior change management and communications role within a large-scale complex organisation, preferably in Financial Services.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to execute strategically and tactically, whilst leading a team of change experts and consistently deliver to best practice.
- Proven in depth change management experience using a variety of change management methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional, agile environment and contributing to key agile ceremonies/practices.
- Proven ability to communicate with clarity, creativity, and confidence coupled with the ability to collaborate widely and navigate complex environments with ease.
