We have two 6-month Fixed-term Opportunities available:

  • In the role of Senior Consultant, Change, you will join the Transformation Divisions Change Capability team to deliver change on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Reforms across the Enterprise.
  • In the role of Senior Consultant, Change, you will join the Transformation Divisions Change Capability team to deliver change initiatives within Customer & Colleague Platform Modernisation Domain.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:  

  • Change leadership - provide the program/project with day-to-day change management leadership and subject matter expertise. Ensure change activities have end-to-end ownership. Delivery of the change work as per agreed plans, ensuring co-ordination and integration of activities.
  • Change impact assessment & transition planning - drive the identification of business impacts and assess organisational readiness.
  • Stakeholder management - identify all stakeholders impacted by the program/project and create an effective engagement plan to maximise the readiness.
  • Communication - develop a communication approach and execute activities that supports all stakeholder groups impacted by the program/project.
  • Training and support materials - complete a training needs analysis, develop a training approach & any supporting materials e.g. reference materials, instructional documents etc.
  • Adoption metrics – developing the metrics, create a plan to monitor, track and pivot as required; to realise project benefits.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Strong transformational change experience and management, preferably with end-to-end change.
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities, structured problem solving and navigating complex environments.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Understanding of risk, legislative and regulatory changes impacting decision making.
