In the role of Senior Consultant – Campaign Management, you will join the Small Business Digital Marketing Team that’s doubling down on winning together!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery, optimisation and measurement of marketing campaigns across the Small Business Marketing squad.
- Execute the customer contact strategy, ensuring campaigns land with pace, quality and compliance.
- Deliver measurable commercial outcomes, balancing speed to market with risk, quality and budget considerations.
- Manage campaign velocity, workload and delivery rhythms through established shaping, design and delivery ways of working.
- Provide clear campaign performance reporting and insights, articulating impact and learnings to senior stakeholders.
- Embed consistent processes and agile ways of working, driving a “one‑way, same‑way” approach to campaign delivery.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Strong experience delivering 1:1 / personalised marketing campaigns, ideally within financial services
- Proven capability across ATL and BTL campaigns, managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to analyse performance, interpret data and communicate impact with confidence.
- Experience working in agile environments, influencing across squads and stakeholders without direct authority.
- Sound knowledge of financial products and services, with a strong customer‑first lens.
- A seasoned marketing background with relevant tertiary qualification(s).
