In the Senior Consultant, Business Architect role you will be joining a team that is nothing short of customer obsessed. Each day you will go above and beyond to reimagine the future of Banking – Without the Legacy Constraints.
We’re not doing another big transformation program that gets tangled in politics, budget constraints, and market optics. We’re doing things differently.
We’re building a disciplined, data-driven, BAU modernization approach—one that enables smart, incremental change rather than risky big-bang initiatives. And we need an exceptional Business Architect to help shape the future of one of Australia’s largest companies.
What’s the Opportunity?
This is your chance to reimagine how banking products, processes, and systems should work—without being constrained by today’s technology. You’ll work with leaders across the business to define a bold but practical future-state product strategy, designed for automation, efficiency, and customer-centricity.
We’re looking for someone who’s done this before. We know it’s not unusual in large core technology upgrades to fall short due to complexity and bureaucracy. This time, you’ll get to do it right, with a leadership who “gets it”.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Deep experience in business architecture, product strategy, or operating model design.
- Ideally you may have management consulting experience and/or to synthesise complexity in ways which make presenting choices and engages executives a success.
- You understand banking—maybe you’ve worked in financial services or consulting on large-scale modernization initiatives.
- You know how to design a future that’s both ambitious and implementable.
- You’re tired of seeing great ideas get lost in the noise. Here, your work will drive real change.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of banking—without the usual roadblocks. Ready to make an impact?
