In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager, you will join our Metro & Specialised team that’s doubling down on customer obsession! 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of business banking customers, driving both retention and new-to-bank acquisition 

  • Deliver integrated financial solutions across lending, deposits and risk management tailored to client needs 

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through referral partners and external networks 

  • Assess credit risk, structure lending proposals and manage portfolio profitability and performance 

  • Partner with internal specialists and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end customer outcomes 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in business or commercial banking with strong exposure to lending and credit assessment 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio through both acquisition and relationship deepening 

  • Strong understanding of credit risk, financial analysis and structuring lending deals 

  • Established networks and ability to generate new business through referrals and partnerships 

  • Background in Tier 1 or Tier 2 banking environments, with a commercial and client-focused mindset
