As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be joining Digital Engagement team in Personal Banking, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Support the scoping and shaping of key digital notifications use cases and other digital notifications initiations across Servicing, Sales, engagement and Safety focus areas.
- Lead activities of gathering, analysing and define business and data requirements, working with various stakeholders, leading workshops and supporting the E2E delivery of notifications initiatives across digital, data, marketing and technology delivery teams.
- Ensure strong engagement with Enterprise Data, Customer Decisioning & Data Science, Product Domains and Marketing to deliver outcomes and enable efficiencies across the program.
- Delivery of business outcomes using Agile Ways of Working in collaboration with the value chain (e.g. Technology, Marketing, Enterprise Data and POs etc).
What you will bring:
- Proven experience as a business analyst within digital or financial services environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with data management, data products, and understanding of data engineering workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs to technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to leverage AI tools and capabilities to optimise the delivery of business solutions and projects, preferred.
