An exciting 12 month fixed-term opportunity for a Senior Associate role in the Transaction Monitoring team. The Senior Associate’s key responsibility will be observing and executing Quality Assurance in line with Quality frameworks across FCO Transaction Monitoring in a period where significant uplift is required, supporting to drive transformation and change.

In this Senior Associate TM Quality role, you will:
- Execute Quality Assurance reviews to ensure FCO Transaction Monitoring meets regulatory standards and internal frameworks.
- Work with operations staff to understand interdependencies and recommend improvements to procedures, training, and guidance.
- Be a contact point for operational staff as a trusted Quality team member with a deep understanding of current and future procedures.
- Play a part in supporting the overall uplift, growth and development of the Quality team and the wider Transaction Monitoring business.
- Identify areas of risk or gaps in investigations, processes or policies, and recommend areas for uplift or improvement.
- Provide feedback and coaching to help upskill operational staff uplift their skills and capabilities.
What you'll bring
- Extensive experience managing risk-related casework (e.g., transaction monitoring alerts, suspicious matter reports, and unusual activity reports)
- Excellent knowledge of (and experience in) executing against Regulatory/Risk Frameworks.
- Comparable experience in relevant field or skills gained in other fields which can be applied towards a quality, analytical, investigative and/or financial services environments.
- Medium to Strong Skills in SQL, SharePoint, MS Excel, Power BI, and/or other MS Applications are highly regarded.
- Experience collating, analysing and working with large amounts of data.
