In the role of Senior Associate/ Associate, you will join the nabtrade Growth team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.  

You’ll make an impact each day: 

  • Act as a subject matter expert for investment solutions and customer servicing, providing guidance to customers, bankers and internal stakeholders.  

  • Support the growth and evolution of nabtrade's investment offering and customer experience.  

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by managing enquiries, resolving complex issues and providing timely solutions.  

  • Partner with bankers and relationship teams to identify opportunities and support customer investment needs.  

  • Educate stakeholders on product features, processes and customer benefits to drive engagement and adoption.  

  • Collaborate with product, operations, risk and technology teams to ensure effective delivery and servicing of the offering.  

  • Maintain strong governance, compliance and operational risk standards across all activities.  

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:    

  • Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets 

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers, bankers and stakeholders.  

  •  Strong customer service and relationship management skills within the banking, wealth or financial services industry. 

  • Confidence delivering general advice within regulatory, risk and compliance frameworks, including ASIC RG146 accreditation   

  • Digital proficiency and the ability to support customers to confidently navigate and self-serve through online platforms.  

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, Economics, Banking or a related discipline are highly regarded
