As a Senior Analyst Engineer, you’ll be part of our Data Platform team, committed to elevating customer obsession while doubling down on Owning It.
In this Senior Analyst Engineer, you will:
- Champion the adoption and best practices of Databricks and Delta Live Tables (DLT) for advanced data processing and analytics.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to data reliability, security, and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends,
- Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviour in all actions, ensuring compliance with internal policies, external legislation, and NAB’s Code of Conduct.
- Provide professional and ethical behaviour in your actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards, and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position.
- Ensure all personal training records are maintained and kept up to date.
- Conform with all internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position
What You Will Bring:
- Demonstrated experience with Python and Pyspark
- Extensive experience SQL and Databricks
- Proven experience in working / building data warehouse, Lake or Lakehouse
- Experience in solving complex data problems
- Experience with Terraform and AWS
