Seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with application design and engineering experience to join Corporate Enablement Ops Tech team within T&EO!

As a Senior Analyst Engineer. you will be joining Corporate Enablement Ops Tech team in Technology and Enterprise Operations, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

 Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Deliver the engineering design of customer/colleague and technology features/stories in line with service priorities​
• Execute and drive hands-on design, maximize and implementation of best practice CI/CD across enterprise​
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
• Integrate software components into fully functional platform
• Coaching & mentoring of other Service Team members
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
• Point of contact for any problem resolution, for a system/sub-system or apply known solutions, including documenting
• Leveraging and exploiting GenAI Tools, cloud solutions, DevOps, testing automation etc​
• Comply with project plans, industry standards and regulatory requirements

What you will bring:

• Deep Experience in Java and micro services development
• Experience with modern SDLC practices.
• Experience using productivity and collaboration tools such as Rally and Confluence in a software delivery environment​
• Deep understanding of Micro service architecture including designing and implementing microservices in complex environments ( APIs, RDBMS, Elastic search, redis cache, Kafka, Rule engines, process orchestration, etc,)
