In this Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics role, you will be joining the Consumer Finance Analytics team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Engage with Consumer Finance stakeholders to comprehensively capture, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of organisational objectives.
• Convert business objectives into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories tailored for analytics and technology teams, bridging the gap between business and IT.
• Strategically manage and prioritise the analytics backlog, driving prompt and impactful delivery of business value while aligning with critical business timelines.
• Uphold exemplary standards of documentation, guaranteeing complete traceability from initial requirements through to final delivery, and supporting robust governance processes.
• Proactively seek out and champion opportunities for process enhancement and automation, fostering continuous improvement across operations.
• Understanding of financial modelling, cards PNL and hands on experience of building financial models.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an analytics role within financial services, preferably with exposure to credit card or personal loan products.
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments and delivering outcomes in line with business priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in Data bricks, SQL, SAS and Python at advanced level is must.
• Demonstrated exposure to AI productivity tools such as Genie, Copilot, and Cursor, with the ability to leverage them effectively to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times (TAT).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to convey technical concepts in business language.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders across business and technology domains.
