In the role of Relationship Manager, Medfin, you will join our Business Banking team in Perth that’s doubling down on winning together and moving with speed.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Develop and grow a portfolio of on-going client relationships and be the primary point of contact for those clients.
- Generate leads and opportunities to develop new client relationships by utilising industry knowledge, networks and skills.
- Engage with existing and new customers to identify and fulfill commercial lending needs.
- Manage portfolio risk, including presentation of high standard credit submissions for new lending, and appropriately fulfilling portfolio maintenance requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to define and execute campaigns, events or other promotions.
- Participate in industry events to enhance reputation in the market and to generate opportunities.
- Promote word-of-mouth referrals within the industry.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Previous experience in the financial services industry, ideally in equipment finance and commercial lending.
- Previous experience in client relationship management
- Preferably an understanding of the Healthcare Industry
- Exceptional communication skills
- A strong desire to succeed and create an ongoing career for yourself
