As a Product Owner, you will be joining the ECOM team in the Digital, Data & AI division, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Be accountable for the ultimate success of your squad’s outcomes
- Maintaining the vision, roadmap, goals, plans and expectations
- Collaborate with the other members of the squad to elaborate features and stories, defining acceptance criteria and definition of done
- Influence others when coordinating and engaging with stakeholders and teams to achieve end to end outcomes
- Effectively manage and support the squad to progress the work
- Work collaboratively with delivery leads and the squad to deliver backlog, and attend all relevant agile ceremonies
- Communication and engagement with stakeholders outside of the squad.
What you will bring
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a large bank/finance-based business
- Extensive experience working with agile ways or working and familiarity with human centred design techniques
- Experience simplifying complex processes and issues, problem solving and data-driven decision making
- Ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals for individual sprints
- Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
- Project delivery and knowledge of the software development cycle.
