As the Product Owner, Gen AI you will join the Group Marketing Emerging Technology team that’s doubling down on delivering exceptional customer experiences through cutting-edge AI technology.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Maximise Creative Capabilities: Scale AI creative production services, expanding across channels and asset types.

Innovate: Identify, validate, and implement practical GenAI applications that drive measurable marketing impact.

Leverage existing platforms: Define strategies for integrating existing platforms into agentic and automated creative workflows.

Work with technical teams to develop AI agents that ensure generated outputs meet standards.

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Ensure NAB’s products and content are discoverable and accurately represented in AI driven channels (e.g., ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews), optimise content for LLM retrieval, and track performance.

Cross Functional Collaboration: Embed AI capability into marketing, digital, content, legal, and brand workflows to support scaled adoption and integrated delivery. We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

Previous experience in Marketing Technology with hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering).

Ability to design and implement AI-driven workflows and reusable assets.

Knowledge of AI governance, ethical AI, and compliance requirements preferred.

Proven experience in stakeholder management and vendor coordination.

Strong experience in prompt engineering.
