In the role of Product owner, you will join the Digital Data and AI team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
In this Product owner role, you will:
- Work closely with the business stakeholders and relevant agile ceremonies.
- Enable squad members to focus on their work and avoid context switching.
- Make decisions to enable squads to be successful.
- Drive delivery of squad outcomes.
- Create product collateral and validate deliverables.
- Manage scope or modify the squad’s roadmap as required.
- Lead defect resolution, monitoring products with metrics that demonstrate customer outcomes.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- An in-depth understanding of relevant financial products from either a business or technology perspective.
- Proven experience mobilising and supporting medium, cross-functional and self-managing teams to accomplish outcomes)
- Extensive experience working with agile ways or working and familiarity with human-centred design techniques
- Ability to create and convey a vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals in line with Domain cadence Comfortable playing a leadership role, including running workshops throughout the discovery, launch, and operational usage stages of development
- Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
- Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
- Project delivery and knowledge of the software development cycle.
