In the role of the Manager, Tech Academy, you’ll report to the Transformation & Enablement Team and lead NAB’s technical learning and capability uplift agenda. This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering modern, enterprise‑scale technical learning programs that support NAB’s technology strategy and transformation priorities. You’ll provide strategic and operational leadership for the Tech Academy across Cloud, DevOps, Engineering, Data and Cybersecurity domains.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead the Tech Academy portfolio, delivering high‑quality technical learning aligned to NAB’s technology roadmap.
- Oversee the design, governance and continuously improve technical training across Cloud, DevOps, Engineering, Data and Cybersecurity domains.
- Drive innovation in learning delivery, platforms and methodologies, using data and insights to measure impact and return on investment.
- Develop and inspire a team of learning and engineering specialists to drive strong engagement and outcomes.
- Build trusted partnerships with technology leaders, HR and external providers to uplift capability at scale.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing strategies, enterprise‑scale learning and capability programs or frameworks.
- Learning & development background and deep understanding of modern technology environments, including cloud, DevOps, agile delivery and software engineering practices.
- Experience working with enterprise tooling such as Atlassian, GitHub, Azure, Rally or Clarity.
- Proven people leadership with strong coaching, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Confidence engaging large technical audiences and facilitating workshops.
- A growth mindset with the ability to adapt, innovate and lead through change.
