In this Events Lead role, you will be joining the Enterprise Property & Strategic Sourcing team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Deliver high‑quality hospitality and event experiences across NAB’s Melbourne commercial sites.
  • Plan and manage Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings and internal and external events, including after‑hours functions.
  • Build strong relationships with Executive Leaders, Executive Assistants, and key stakeholders to support seamless executive engagement.
  • Lead and support Guest Services Advisors (Events), driving consistent service standards through coaching, briefings, and daily oversight.
  • Coordinate event resources, staffing, and logistics to ensure smooth end‑to‑end delivery.
  • Partner with Workplace and Hospitality leaders to support a strategic, enterprise‑wide approach to events.
  • Contribute to the effective use and continuous improvement of NAB Reserve for event management.
  • Maintain accurate event data, reporting, dashboards, and NPS outcomes to support performance and decision‑making.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Strong background in reception, hospitality, or customer service roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a large corporate environment or dedicated events management organisation.
  • Experience managing events in a complex corporate environment, including executive, external an afterhours engagement.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic experience with audio-visual technology and Zoom, preferably within an event or corporate environment.
  • Experience using event management software systems is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated people leader experience.
  • Fostering stakeholder relationships with executive leaders and their teams.
