In the role of Home Lending Executive, you will join a team that’s doubling down on customer obsession; we move with speed, keep it simple and win together!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Partner with customers to provide expert advice and guidance on NAB’s home loan possibilities.
• Manage end-to-end lending processes, ensuring speedy and exceptional service at every touchpoint.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and established clients, working closely to understand their financial goals.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, all driven to provide outstanding results.
• Leverage innovative technology to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.

• Proven experience in home lending, demonstrating customer obsession in everything you do!
• Strong knowledge of lending products and the mortgage industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
