In the role of Health Banking Manager, you will join our Metro & Specialised team that’s doubling down on customer obsession!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Manage and grow a portfolio of Health sector SME clients, delivering integrated banking solutions

Proactively drive new business, deepening relationships and expanding wallet share

Structure and execute lending transactions, including proposal preparation and drawdowns
-
Utilise CRM tools to manage pipeline, track opportunities and deliver end‑to‑end outcomes
-
Operate within a strong risk and compliance framework, ensuring high-quality portfolio management
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

Proven experience managing a portfolio in business or private banking environments

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure lending and assess financial performance
-
Demonstrated ability to originate new business and build long-term client relationships
-
Excellent communication skills, able to translate financial concepts for SME clients
-
Background in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 banking environment preferred
