In the role of Health Banking Manager, for Sydney you will join Mohan Pradhan and his team that’s putting the customers at the centre of everything you do.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements
- Apply relevant specialist knowledge and experience to understand, influence and advise internal and/or external clients.
- Identify new business and referral opportunities & establish, develop and utilise networks of internal and external contacts.
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
- Prepare and submit for approval business lending proposals outside own authorities with full justification for recommendations, including obtaining and analysing industry and business information.
- Achieving and exceeding own business sales and deposit targets and actively supporting your colleagues.
- Working with Internal Specialist partners to fulfil customer needs
- Provide professional and ethical behaviour in your actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Business related Degree and/or post graduate professional qualification would be ideal or 3-4 years of experience in financial markets
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Lending (may include Term Mortgage or Asset Based finance)
- Experience with BFS products and services, with emphasis on sales, lending, transactional/deposits, credit assessment and Risk.
- Proven ability to form Business Relationships, both internal and external and in building appropriate networks.
- Bank of Choice focus - Experience with working with customers, uncovering their needs and delivering appropriate solutions, building customer advocacy.
- Proactive resolution of customer complaints – taking ownership to resolve
