In the role of Head of Colleague Technology Modernisation you will report to the Executive, Customer & Colleague Platform Modernisation, doubling down on customer obsession and owning it.
Each day you will go above and beyond to:

Oversee platform modernisation progress, comprising both direct (Transformation led) and federated (other Domains) delivery, including customer and commercial outcomes.

Align with the Enterprise simplification roadmap, including initiatives to simplify before modernising

Work with domain orchestration leads, and sub domain leads to define and plan the direct delivery work.

Liaise between business and technology of coordinate delivery of complex and strategic initiatives.

Escalate delivery progress issues to the relevant governance forum together
-
Refresh modernisation roadmaps as required to reflect decisions made in governance forums.

Manage and motivate a high performing team.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

Proven experience leading large scale transformation programs containing multiple streams and working with a broad range of senior stakeholders.

Strategic and technical leadership, including deep experience in commercial decision-making to drive roadmap development and delivery sequencing across the NAB Group.

Proven ability to build strong performance culture and manage large cross-functional teams

Business Transformation and delivery – can design, manage and execute on complex change. Ability to identify and act o opportunities.

Customer Excellence– ability to understand customer data and information, anticipate unmet needs and design for optimum customer experience and value.

Digital/Data Literacy and Innovation – understands new and emerging technologies, considers future focused and innovative opportunities to position for long term success.

Strategy Formulation – able to navigate complexity, identify key value drivers and execute on appropriate strategic choices.

Strong Commercial and Financial Acumen – understand competitive and market challenges and potential financial implications of decisions.

Operational Excellence – executes effective business strategy with a view to continual improvement.
