In the role of Head of AI Products, you will join the AI COE team that’s doubling down on customer obsession. 

In this Head of AI Products role, you will:    

• Define and execute the enterprise AI product strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with Data Platform Lead Engineer to implement secure, compliant AI architecture.
• Oversee product lifecycle, securing BU funding for all phases, lead cross-functional AI squads using agile methods and align squads with product vision and goals.
• Present strategic technical assessments to senior executives and communicate dependencies and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Coordinate business and technical initiatives and manage product risk and regulatory compliance.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:    

• Extensive experience in complex projects, programs, portfolios, or delivery management
• Proven experience in banking and financial services
• Strong understanding and experience of AI/ML and Generative AI technologies
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing AI platforms or data transformation initiatives
• Experience working in highly regulated industries, particularly financial services
• Proven track record of successful enterprise technology delivery at scale
• Strong portfolio of delivered AI or data-driven transformation projects
