In the role of Guest Service Advisor, you will join the Enterprise Property team that’s doubling down on customer and colleague obsession.

We are recruiting across our 395 Bourke Street and 700 Bourke Street office on both a permanent and fixed-term basis across various teams. 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Deliver exceptional front-of-house customer service, creating a welcoming and professional experience for colleagues, customers and visitors.
  • Greet and assist visitors, manage access requirements and issue visitor passes as needed.
  • Support workplace operations through the coordination of mail, courier deliveries and general office services.
  • Assist with meeting, event and function space bookings, including room set-up and preparation.
  • Conduct regular workplace and floor inspections, identifying and reporting maintenance and safety issues.
  • Manage workplace amenities and services, including locker access and temporary parking allocations.
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, visitors and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to a high-performing workplace experience team by supporting a range of concierge, hospitality and operational activities.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating positive experiences for colleagues, customers and visitors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a practical, common-sense approach to resolving issues.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple workplace services.
  • Professional, polished and approachable manner, with the confidence to represent the organisation as a front-of-house ambassador.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while taking ownership of day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, concierge or workplace experience roles will be highly regarded.
