In the role of an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in the Business Direct & Small Business team ensuring the smooth and effective running of their day-to-day and strategic commitments.
Every day, you’ll make a meaningful impact by:
- Delivering high‑quality executive and administrative support to senior leaders, helping them operate at their best
- Proactively coordinating complex diaries, meetings and travel, seamlessly navigating competing priorities and confidential matters
- Acting as a trusted partner and key point of connection for internal and external stakeholders, representing leaders with professionalism and care
- Creating and coordinating polished correspondence, presentations and leadership materials that support great decision‑making

Help bring customer and banker events to life, coordinating logistics and ensuring a seamless, professional experience
- Keeping systems, records and information flowing smoothly across shared platforms, workforce tools and executive documentation
- Managing enquiries with confidence and sound judgement, ensuring timely resolution and a great stakeholder experience
- Contributing to a positive, compliant and high‑performing team environment, including supporting onboarding, training and key initiatives
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and excellence. You’ll have:
- Proven experience delivering exceptional executive support in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment
- Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, stay ahead and adapt with ease
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence and a professional presence
- A sharp eye for detail and the judgement to handle sensitive matters with care
- A proactive, forward‑thinking mindset—anticipating needs and solving challenges before they arise
- Experience with enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, People Hub, Flexipurchase) or similar platforms is a bonus
- Resilience and adaptability, staying calm and effective when things get busy
- A collaborative, team‑first approach with a genuine passion for delivering great support
