Working with the Head of Fraud and roader Risk & Fraud community, you will manage a functional area to deliver activities related to the governance of Fraud & Scams, the management and response to PB Fraud & Scam events and  findings, providing management support for PB Fraud & Scam obligations as well as leading the PB response to any upcoming regulatory or policy changes related to Fraud & Scams.

In this Manager, Personal Banking Fraud Governance role you will be responsible for:

  • Leading PB’s fraud risk appetite settings approach and the development and ongoing monitoring of PB Product/Channel Risk Assessments and PB Fraud Risk Management Plan alongside accountable product owners and service providers.
  • Providing management support for PB fraud & scam related obligations.
  • Development and ownership of PB Fraud event management processes, including Group Investigations and Fraud Operations events.
  • Facilitation and ongoing monitoring of MOU agreements with core service providers.
  • Support PB fraud and scam data requests.
  • Support fraud and scam related FCRM Assurance reviews and Audits.

What you'll bring 

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably with experience building new teams or overseeing large scale change.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Operational Risk Management practices, Fraud risks and Fraud policy as it relates to Personal Banking.
  • Proven experience and successful subject matter expert knowledge in Fraud and Scams, Fraud Risk or Personal Banking Product Management environment
  • Stakeholder management
  • Communication with influence
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
