In the role of Director, you will join the Capital Markets team that’s doubling down on owning it!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Execute and deliver tailored fixed income solutions with a strong focus on rates
- Achieve financial and customer-related targets while strengthening client relationships
- Engage with senior stakeholders to identify and pursue strategic opportunities
- Lead pricing decisions, workflow prioritisation, and contribute to NAB’s market positioning
- Support and mentor junior colleagues while fostering a team-oriented culture
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Track road of experience in financial markets with proven expertise in rates solutions
- Strong knowledge of global and competitor trends, regulatory environments, and market dynamics
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and client engagement skills
- Ability to deliver under pressure with strong organisational and workflow management capability
- Relevant tertiary qualification in finance or business, plus industry accreditation (AFMA, NFA, etc.)
