In the role of Senior Consultant, Segment Growth - New Arrivals, you will report to the Head of Deposit Segment Propositions Growth that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Qualify and execute on growth opportunities, including strategic partnerships that specifically support NAB’s ambition to grow our New Arrival (migrant) market share
  • Identify the customer sub-segments that represent the highest growth potential and understand the gaps in their current experience.
  • Think outside the box to devise and deliver new to world solutions including GTM innovation that address key pain points /or offer customer delight.
  • Be accountable for developing detailed partnership agreements (including MOU’s and contracts) and taking these through NAB’s approval process, including Third Party sourcing, Legal, Risk and Financial Crime
  • Develop the framework and measures for creating joint business plans, managing partnerships ongoing, including performance reporting and developing a regular governance cadence with partners
  • Work closely with peers in other Customer Divisions to ensure we leverage these opportunities at Enterprise level.
  • Leverage understanding of global best practices and propositions in migrant banking

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Recent and relevant partnership experience or migrant banking
  • Experience identifying, developing and supporting strategic innovation opportunities that support the business strategy
  • Demonstrated understanding of Banking and financial services.
  • Relationship/key account management, including the ability to draft MOU’s and contracts
  • Banking & FS knowledge (Canada, UK or Dubai/ SG/HK experience preferred)
  • Developmental people leadership
  • Customer obsession
