Branch Customer Advisor – Banking – Tully

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Support NAB’s Tully branch by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
  • Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
  • Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.

 

We’re looking for the brightest minds to deliver the best for our customers. We’d love for you to have:

  • A passion for delivering quality, gold-class experiences for NAB’s diverse range of  customers  
  • A team player with a keen eye for detail ensuring every, transaction is efficient and accurate
  • Customer centric thinking and an appreciation for inclusion and the diversity of our customers

 

The Hours (5 days per week):

Join our team in this role within the hours 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday and Friday, 9:00am – 1:15pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Your home branch will be Tully however your skills and expertise will also be required to cover our Innisfail branch, so a licence and transport is essential.
