In this Consultant (Digital Strategy & Transformation) role, you will be joining the Digital Strategy & Transformation team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Synthesise findings and develop compelling, structured business presentations that clearly articulate recommendations
- Partner with colleagues across the digital domain as well as external Business Units to ensure strategy aligns with core digital priorities
- Develop a detailed understanding of the banking industry and trends, including implications for NAB
- Lead with a point of view on the core priorities requiring investment of time and money from digital as well as other domains, with a particular focus on sequencing
- Synthesis multiple sources of information to create compelling corporate storytelling and visual PowerPoints
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Strong experience in a consulting or corporate roles driving strategy and insights to influence priorities and milestones
- Banking and Financial Services industry knowledge with an understanding of core banking products and customer needs
- Experience in digital channels, interactions and measurements
- Experience in commercial and technical conversations
- Proven track record in transforming business priorities through commercial and customer lead insights
- Strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling
- Strategic thinking & leadership
- Research and synthesis of key insights
- Work autonomously and lead with a point of view
- Excellent written and verbal communication of concepts and recommendations
