In the Data Scientist role, you will join the Data & Analytics Customer Decisioning team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead the use of Advanced ML & GenAI across Customer Brain use cases
- Support experimentation with Gen AI and Agentic AI automation capabilities
- Contribute to personalisation, recommendation and customer decisioning models and Gen AI solutions
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Platform teams to operationalise scalable analytics solutions using Advanced Machine Learning and Gen AI technologies
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer outcomes through AI-enabled automation
- Contribute to reusable analytical and Gen AI assets, feature engineering and modelling standards.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Lead build and deployment of machine learning models and GenAI solutions to achieve business outcomes.
- Proficient users in SQL, Python, PySpark, Spark ML language.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Proficient in source code controls using Github.
- Highly developed data science skills, working with structured or unstructured datasets and ML & GenAI techniques.
- Good understanding of customer data, digital data, different unstructured data sources across analytics landscape and ability to provide data driven insights to support decision making.
