In this Consultant Change role, you will be at the centre of improving customer outcomes where it matters most.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to support with:
- Support the full change lifecycle, from planning and communication through to adoption and measurement, helping teams navigate change with clarity and confidence.
- Working closely with subject matter experts and business leaders to drive stakeholder engagement, manage change-related risks, and ensure consistent, effective change delivery across change initiatives.
- Deliver on change impact assessments that reflect an understanding of the business and other areas of the Enterprise, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.
- Develop change collateral such as communications, briefing packs and training materials as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for briefings/training delivery, being mindful of effectively managing our operational teams’ change load and business objectives, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Facilitate Change Briefings and/or Training Sessions to support end user training or upskilling of subject matter experts as required to enable the required capability/skill transfer for the change.
- Coordinate with relevant responsible stakeholder to ensure relevant knowledge management materials are updated in readiness for change go-lives to ensure accuracy of information.
- Proactively contribute to the development of change objectives and measures of success, design and develop change collateral as required
- Transition change into business as usual, using metrics to monitor progress /adoption/sustainability.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need experience in:
- Demonstrated experience in banking/finance or related disciplines within Deceased Estates, decisioning, credit risk, portfolio monitoring and strategy experience
- Experience leading/delivering change programs that embed uplifted customer experience/new process, and operational improvement delivering key productivity and financial targets
- Extensive Change Management/Delivery capability experience
- Demonstrated Customer-centredness
- Strong planning and analytical capabilities
- Knowledge of Banking Products, Collections and deceased estates
