As a Change Consultant, you will be part of the Personal Banking Enablement team, leading critical initiatives designed to uplift colleague and customer experiences, drive operational excellence and ensure We Win Together!

You will partner with business stakeholders across Personal Banking to provide change management impact assessments, intervention design and development, and implementation support, across a portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives.  You will contribute to shaping team ways of working, driving adherence to change standards, and cementing our reputation as change professionals and delivery partners.    

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Ensure change activities have end-to-end ownership. Delivery of the change work as per agreed plans, ensuring co-ordination and integration of activities.
• Drive identification of stakeholder and business impacts and assess organisational readiness.
• Identify all stakeholders impacted by programs/projects and create an effective engagement plan to maximise readiness and embedment.
• Develop communications approaches and execute activities that support all stakeholder groups impacted by initiatives/projects.
• Complete training needs analyses, develop training approaches & any supporting materials e.g. reference materials, instructional documents etc.
• Develop the metrics, create plans to monitor, track and pivot as required; to realise initiative/project benefits

• Strong fundamental change experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in change delivery with end-to-end experience highly regarded
• Eagerness to learn, adapt and deal with ambiguity
• Strong strategic planning capabilities, structured problem solving and navigating complex organisations
• High engagement and collaborative approach
• Alignment to NAB’s core values
