 In this Client Services Specialist role, each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Assist customers with enquiries via the general phoneline and email inbox.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Work with our customer-facing colleagues for general enquiries and all aspects of documentation and settlement process through to drawdown and disbursement of funds.
  • Follow operation practices to ensure consistent and accurate outcomes.
  • Support the wider Business Lending team.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: 

  • Experience in a customer service-based role and exposure/knowledge of Business Lending is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Knowledge of post-approval processes would be highly preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good stakeholder engagement.
