In the role of Business Development Manager, you will join the Commercial Broker team in Brisbane, that’s doubling down on working with speed.
 
You will work closely with Alex Wellman, our Senior Business Development Manager.
 
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
• Originate business bank lending applications exclusively for broker-introduced customers in QLD.
• Generate revenue by uncovering all financial needs for broker-introduced customers.
• Undertake proactive calls to your aligned broker network with structured objectives and outcomes. 
• Work closely with your aligned Senior BDM to build broker relationships and support business development.
• Create broker loyalty through delivery of exceptional service to our brokers and customers.
• Respond to queries regarding product, policy, and process to make it easier for brokers to do business with us.
• Build your knowledge base, collaborating with stakeholders across all areas of business banking.
 
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver for our brokers and customers. You’ll need: 
• Established track record providing an exceptional service experience.
• Excellent communication skills – not being afraid to pick up the phone!
• Willingness to problem solve simple broker problems and issues in a timely manner.
• Demonstrated team work to accomplished shared key performance measures.
• Superb time management and feels at ease delivering to high demand.
