In the role of Business Banking Manager, you will join the Professional Services Business Banking team on the Gold Coast that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Personally manage and grow a diverse portfolio of professional services clients.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals and market engagement.
• Build long-term relationships based on trust, value and industry experience.
• Support customers with lending submissions and applying lending expertise to recommend appropriate products and services.
• Implement annual business plans for the customer portfolio allocated.

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our clients. You’ll need:

• Previous experience in business or commercial banking ideally with exposure to professional services clients.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and manage a diverse portfolio.
• Strong business financial acumen, with an understanding of cash flow cycles and client risk profiles.
• A confident, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Tertiary qualifications in business or related field are highly desirable.
