In the role of Business Banking Executive, you will join the Regional and Agribusiness team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Lead and develop a team of Business Bankers to achieve strong customer and commercial outcomes
• Manage a diversified portfolio with a strong focus on agribusiness clients
• Build and strengthen relationships with business customers to understand their needs
• Provide tailored financial solutions to help clients achieve their goals
• Stay across market trends to identify growth opportunities for both customers and the bank

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Banker with agribusiness exposure
• Strong ties to the local community and an understanding of the regional business landscape
• Deep knowledge of business banking products and solutions
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• A proactive, customer‑focused and results‑driven mindset
