You & your new role:

As an Associate Payroll, you will support the lead, colleagues and stakeholders and ensure payroll requirements are met within defined SLA’s and conduct quality controls of payroll outputs.

Day to day you will:

  • Provide timely and accurate advice to colleagues on payroll processes, polices and systems, also using insights and feedback from stakeholders you are always looking for continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Problem solve, take initiative and produce results, that can collaborate effectively within a team and individual environment, and can develop warm stakeholder relationships.

We are looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You will need:

  • Prior experience in SAP will be highly regarded, due to primary work being in SAP with multiple screens to manage
  • Payroll knowledge and/or experience in a hands-on capacity
  • A solid understanding of timesheets, calculations of overtime and leave entitlements
  • Understanding of Australian legislation and ability to interpret policies
  • A broad understanding of Human Resources functions such as Employee Relations, Remuneration, Rewards & performance
  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret complex information
  • A passion for customer service and experience
