In the role of Associate, Treasury, you will join the Liquidity Analytics & Modelling Team that’s doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Support the timely delivery and accurate measurement of Liquidity Risk, offering additional analysis and insights within Group Treasury.
- Prepare management and regulatory reporting
- Data Analysis and investigation of root cause
- Assist with enhancing the control environment
- Assisting with the development and implementation of re-engineered systems and processes, ensure that all audit/control requirements are met
- Contribute to the development of the team agenda as well as sharing knowledge with other team members.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Up to 1-2 years of Finance, Risk, Technology or Treasury experience, with preference geared towards data analytics and/or modelling.
- Understanding of financial instruments (inclusive of derivative products) and investment funds/structures.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability to infer root cause, mitigate consequences, implement fixes and predict results.
- Contribute towards change with clear, comprehensive and concise written and verbal business requirements.
- Understanding and adhering to risk management policies, frameworks and standard operating procedures whilst driving change.
- Ability to prepare and report key risk metrics according to regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of Treasury’s function, including liquidity metrics.
- Innovation and growth mindset to adapt to constant Tech and Reg changes.
